This centre was purchased in 1997, extremely renovated, and after major overhaul of tenants, was sold in 2000. It is located on the south-eastern corner of Springfield and Williams Road, North Blackburn with a site area of approximately 4.95 hectares and net lettable area of 11,700 sq. metres.
